Bison Cookoff Cooker Signup

We have 30 spots available. Please fill out the form below to reserve your spot in the World Champion Bison Cookoff. Deadline for entry is May 15, 2023, no refunds thereafter.

The $250 entry fee includes a bison brisket and two nights in a RV spot that includes water and electric hookups.

Contestants will furnish their own beef briskets, pork spareribs, and 1/2 jointed chicken for judging. All of which will be inspected prior to cooking. Complete set of rules online at www.lonestarbarbecue.com.

There will be a cookers meeting held at 6PM on Friday May 19th, 2023.
